Rajesh is an HR Professional and General Manager. He has over 29 years of experience in ER/IR & HR. Currently, he is working as a General Manager at IR, Adani Airports, Mumbai. He was appointed as Regional Head ER at Endurance Technologies Limited and was a Core Committee Member of WR HR Committee ACMA. His core achievements are, successfully signing a long term wage cum productivity settlement with Union, GM-ER & Statutory Compliance at Wockhardt Limited, BKC, Mumbai responsible for 10 manufacturing sites across India and Head Corporate Admin & Corp Communication, Successfully merged the external union into the internal union. He has extensive work experience, he was appointed as Head at Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited, then as General Manager at Wockhardt Limited, later he was assigned as Regional Head ER at Endurance Technologies Ltd. For his years of hard work and dedication he has been awarded many honors like Recipient of Employee of the Month award at ISPAT in 2008, Recipient of Vice Chairman Excellence Award at Clariant for exceptional contribution in the area of IR in 2013, Vice Chairman Excellence Award from M/S Clariant, Certificate of Completion from NICC, Tokyo, Japan.
